KiS-KiS® Dolce Vita super premium dry food for adult indoor and outdoor cats of all breeds; enriched with prebiotics, with Yucca Schidigera extract – odour control*
KiS-KiS® Dolce Vita really tasty food, based on highly digestible proteins, rich in veal, with herring. This aids digestion, for a shiny coat and skin and very compact stools. The kibbles are slightly fatty (with the right sort of fats and oils, naturally!), which benefits the coat and the bowels. The structure of this food keeps teeth and gums clean and makes them stronger. The special formula of vitamins and minerals provides all the nutrients an adult cat needs.
- Urinary pH control (urinary pH around 6.9, low level magnesia (Mg) and phosphorus (P)): On the basis of its composition, it can be concluded that the cat food KiS-KiS® does not promote the development of struvite crystals in the urinary bladder of cats. The predicted urinary pH is 6.9, which is below neutral and rather acidic than basic. It is well-known that a neutral urinary pH does not facilitate struvite formation. The protein, magnesium and available phosphorus contents of KiS-KiS® are 84 mg/MJ, 0.58 g/MJ and 17.8 g/MJ, respectively. Thus, the protein, magnesium and phosphorus levels are not very high and thus will not lead to high urinary concentrations of the struvite components. However, it cannot excluded that certain individual cats that are prone to struvite formation do develop urinary crystals when fed the diet PRO-VET® Struvite.
- Hairball control: Fibers of low viscosity stimulate gut motility and controls hairball formation.
- EPA+DHA (omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids): Provide the immune function and skin maintenance. Reduce inflammatory reactions that may occur during the development of atopic diseases and osteoarthritis. Omega-6 and -3 fatty acids are present in the ideal 5:1 ratio.
- Digestive Health, enriched with prebiotics (MOS+FOS): Supports the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. Encourages peristaltic motion, exerting a positive influence on bowel activity and evacuation. Protects the intestine against pathogenic bacteria.
- Highly Digestible Proteins: Ensures optimal digestion and efficient nutrient conversion, prevent of adverse reactions to food.
- Ideal weight maintenance: Ideal body weight extends the life of and lowers the risk of developing serious illness. Biotine plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism, interacting with the pancreatic hormone, insulin. It stabilises the sugar content in the blood and is involved in breaking down fatty acids and in burning fat. IBiotine is involved in the production of glucokinases – substances which activate glucose metabolism. Glucokinase is produced in the same place in the liver where biotine is stored. This is particularly important for diabetics, who have low glucokinase content in the liver. Biotine also plays a not insignificant role in the synthesis of glycogens, i.e. carbohydrates built up in the liver and muscles, and also in the intake of these reserves and in what is called gluconeogenesis, a process whereby 16 of 22 amino acids are transformed into glucose. In this way biotine stabilises the sugar content in the blood.
- Supports heart function: Taurine (2-aminoethane-sulphic acid) is an organic acid which is formed from methionine and cysteine, and is essential for the proper functioning of the heart. Taurine plays a major role in the working of the heart muscle.
- Natural Anti-oxidant Mixture: Reduces the formation of free radicals, which play a role in the development and progression of cancer and kidney failure. Reverses the age-related decline of tissue structures.
- Odour Control: Yucca schidigera extract, which contains so-called natural saponins, reduces salt peter formation (ammonia, urea, nitrites and nitrates), and decreases the extraction of harmful gases and unpleasant odour of feces and urine. Furthermore, improves due to Yucca schidigera extract the nutritient uptake by which the intestinal flora is positively influenced. Natural vegetation substrate of Yucca Schidigera is characterized by its unique anti-arthritis, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties and is recommended for the prevention of dysbacteriosis, intestinal complaints and excessive gas. The extract contains a significant amount of vitamin C, beta-carotene (provitamin A), calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), magnesium (Mg), niacin (vitamin B3), Vitamin (PP), phosphorus (P) and B – vitamins. An effective combination of special vitamins supports the visual faculty and helps to prevent reducement of visual faculty by aging.
- Moisture level 8%: Prevents the growth of malignant bacteria and thus protects the feed from rotting, guaranteeing the ingredients have maximum resistance to decomposition.
Owing to KiS-KiS® Your cat will look irresistable !

Storage advice
While dry food will not spoil as rapidly as other types of food, it does not last indefinitely. Always make sure that you use such foods before the expiration date. Keep the food dry and store it inside the bag it came in; we design the bags to resist moisture and airflow. The best way to store a large bag of dog or cat food is to place the original bag inside a clean plastic pail or container with a secure lid. Do not store dry food in humid rooms, as damp conditions will accelerate spoiling. Always roll the top of the bag down tightly and cinch it closed with a clip. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that pet owners keep dry foods and treats in locations that do not exceed 23°.C (degrees Celsius) or 74°.F (degrees Fahrenheit).
