Kennels` Favourite® Extreme has been formulated to help facilitate the stamina, endurance and performance of dogs; food contains highly digestible proteins, fats and carbohydrates to feed your dog to the track. Furthermore, supplements are present in the formulation in order to reduce the strain on the organs of dogs in situations of protracted efforts that can produce diarrhea due to stress. These supplements are Prebiotics (FOS and MOS) and multiple fiber sources such as beet pulp. Kennels` Favourite® Extreme contains natural preservatives. To minimize allergic reactions, grains were replaced by potato starch, this is a GRAIN FREE food. Kennels` Favourite® Extreme is a food that is 100% GLUTEN FREE. To meet the caloric needs of dogs, more fat has been added which allows to cope with the stresses and low temperatures.

Particularly high protein content is suitable for strong energy needs of dogs. With only 17,4% of calories coming from carbohydrates, Kennels` Favourite® Extreme is dramatically lower in carbs than most conventional dog foods. Tips for Going Grain-Free: If you decide to switch your dog from grain-based dog food to grain-free Kennels` Favourite® Extreme, don’t go cold turkey. Slowly introduce Kennels` Favourite® Extreme by mixing it in a little at a time. By gradually increasing amounts over the course of a few weeks, you allow your dog’s digestive system to adjust. During the switch, keep an eye on your dog’s stool to make sure they’re not constipated or suffering from diarrhea.

Feeding advice

Because each dog has different requirements, the recommended daily quantities should only be used as a guide. This is a guide only, as an individual dog’s requirements will vary depending on various factors including breed, activity level, metabolism, age and environment. Feeding quantities should be adjusted to suit your individual dog’s requirements. The amount of feed the best to split over two meals per day. When feeding for the first time introduce Kennels` Favourite® gradually over a period of 4 to 10 days. The daily amount divided into 2 portions. Always give your dog food and water in clean bowls. Make sure that your dog always has fresh and available drinking water next to the food. The water bowl should be thoroughly cleaned 1-2 times a day and filled with fresh drinking water.

Storage advice

While dry food will not spoil as rapidly as other types of food, it does not last indefinitely. Always make sure that you use such foods before the expiration date. Keep the food dry and store it inside the bag it came in; we design the bags to resist moisture and airflow. The best way to store a large bag of dog or cat food is to place the original bag inside a clean plastic pail or container with a secure lid. Do not store dry food in humid rooms, as damp conditions will accelerate spoiling. Always roll the top of the bag down tightly and cinch it closed with a clip. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that pet owners keep dry foods and treats in locations that do not exceed 23°.C (degrees Celsius) or 74°.F (degrees Fahrenheit).
